Shipping policy
Shipping:
- We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday, excluding holidays.
- Our shipping rates for the United States are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Free shipping for all orders over $100 in mainland/continental US* (price subject to change).
- Order processing time is currently 1-4 days.
- Standard time in transit is 2-3 days, which includes processing time and shipping.
- If an order is placed between Monday to Wednesday, it will be shipped via USPS. Please note that orders placed on Thursday through Sunday may have longer processing times.
- Orders will leave our facility on the same or the next day if placed between Monday through Wednesday.
Returns and Faulty Items:
- All sales are final, as our products are perishable and intended for consumption.
- If you have received a faulty item or there is an issue with the product, packaging, or spillage, please email us at SALES@DEHERBALGARDEN.COM within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Please include a photo of the damaged product in your email to expedite the resolution process.
- Our team will review the photo proof and work toward a resolution.
