SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping:

We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday, excluding holidays.
Our shipping rates for the United States are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Free shipping for all orders over $100 in mainland/continental US* (price subject to change).
Order processing time is currently 1-5 days. ( Based on shipping type).
Standard time in transit is 2-3 days, which includes processing time and shipping.
If an order is placed within Monday to Wednesday, it will be shipped via USPS. Please note that orders placed on Thursday through Sunday may have longer processing times.
Orders will leave our facility on the same or next day if placed within Monday through Wednesday.

Returns and Faulty Items:

All sales are final as our products are perishable and intended for consumption.
If you have received a faulty item or there is an issue with the product, packaging, or spillage, please email us at sales@deherbalgarden.com within 24 hours of receiving it.
To expedite the resolution process, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email.
Our team will review the photo proof and work towards a resolution.
